It's a shame that a long standing lower division club like Darlington is in such dire straights. It's the same over here with Chester which is in much the same difficulties.

Mr MJ has pointed out the ruthless politics pursued by the market share chasing premiership clubs aimed at diverting the support given to the lower division clubs into their own greedy hands.

Lets keep the rivalry on the pitch although personally if ever the two clubs meet competitively in the future I don't want to continue the tradition of having relatives evicted from the ground.

Apparently at the time it halved the crowd.

Going by that link it looks about as busy as the Tinshed board is these days.

Has it ever been busy?

I'm quite happy to get any information I may be interested in with regard to Darlington from Uncovered. It's ran by a Darlo fan that most people on here would always have time for.

You folks brought it up - I was just using my right to reply.

As for DJ and Darlo, that for us to know and you lot not to give a shiit about. Except one of you still can't let go.

The 'Loids, will soon be 'letting go' of their league status once again in the near future

Only this time the coats for goalposts league isn't full of part time clubs

Toot, Toot!

Spyman wasn't defending him, he just answered a couple of questions in a reasonable manner and got banned. sctatchinghead
