A number of years ago in the Premiership (i think it was the Prem then) a player got through on goal along the side of the pitch and the keeper came and knocked it out for a throw in. Anyway the striker picked it up and threw the ball against the keepers back and then kicked it into the empty net. Who was it as its doing my head in???

I think I know this off the top of my head, it was Dean Saunders for Sheffield United, not in the Premiership though, at home to Port Vale in what is now the Championship.
