Sunny with little cloud and wind - 23 degrees Celsius according to BBC.

We will be in the longest temporary seating for away fans at a football club, the Brian Moore Stand, with no roof.

Gillingham's not exactly the place for sightseeing round here, Sussex, I'm afraid.

Mind you, there's a good Wetherspoon's pub in Historic Rochester - just a 10 minute train ride from here.

You could go see Rochester Castle and Rochester Cathedral and then have a quick pint before making your way to the game.

A fellow Poolie friend of ours who lives down here was thinking of doing that but unfortunately we found out that it wouldn't be practical.

Their might be family coming to our house, but apart from that, there aren't many people that we know coming down long-distance for the match.

The "away" pub is called the Livingstone Arms (locally called "the Livi" because it is at a place known to the natives as "Livingstone Circus".

If the place is still under the same landlord, it has football shirts (including 'Pools ones) stapled onto the ceiling and walls of the pub with other shirts and scarfs of other clubs who have visited down here in the past.

It's a good pub, but it tends to get very crowded every time I go down when 'Pools are playing the Gills.

PoK house he is going to charge £2 on the door and for that you get food (BBQ burger and a hot dog), hours of riveting conversation about Eurovision, Britannia High on a big screen and all the hat waving you can muster
