I've got a book somewhere called 'Rude Britannia' that has loads of them in. My fave is 'Hole of Horcum'.

I like ones that are almost rude, like Shilbottle near Berwick, and I drove past a place called Snitterfield in Warwickshire the other day. You can see where people have applied a bit of black tape to the road signs to change a letter here and there.
