Location: Five minutes from the Priestfield Stadium.
Just 3 weeks ago, I saw him being interviewed by the BBC live from Afghanistan whilst watching Trooping the Colour on the Queen's Birthday.

Now, he has become the most senior ranking officer in the British Army to be killed since the Falklands.

Our thoughts and deepest sympathies go to his family at this time. sadx

It's only just come through on the news site and I didn't realise that another soldier had died.

My thoughts are with his family as well.
