I'm glad they're calling it St Hilds now, I never liked them associating Henry's with King Oswy.

i totally agree when the grammar school closed there was no more henry smiths

Why wasn't there?

I went to henry smiths in king oswy as did my uncle and brother.

So whats the problem?

Henry Smiths was the Grammar School on the Headland, King Ossy was the Secondary Modern on King Ossy Drive, as I always remind my sister who went there. On the same level as the other Secondary Modern on the Headland, Galleys Field. :grin:
