Sky Sports news are reporting he's brown bread.

I think I've got him on the dead heads as well, a 50 pointer.

Edit, I meant Sky News obviously unless it's actually the bloke who used to play for Bury.

The first conspiracy theory, I like it.

I blame the Royal Family, or was the driver just pissed? Did we ever land on the moon?

Someone as high profile as him can't fake their own death, especially when he's been taken to an actual hospital in an actual ambulance. Or are you suggesting he's joined the early exit club so his family can benefit from the insurance?? (which would be conspiracy theory number two!)

I personally think him Lord Lucan, and Elvis are about to open a chip shop in Cleethorpes.

LA Times reporting he has died now, but still no confirmation.

http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/lanow/2009/06/pop-star-michael-jackson-was-rushed-to-a-hospital-this-afternoon-by-los-angeles-fire-department-paramedics--capt-steve-ruda.html

If he brought on this heart attack by working too hard for the tour, he only has himself to blame in my opinion.

Well, my view is that if the doctors link his heart attack to him wearing himself rehearsing for his tour, then in my pinion I think it would have been very stupid of him to have rushed back into performing when he needn't have.

It just shows his lack of understanding of the real world.

If everyone took the chances of dropping down dead of a heart attack into consideration we'd never leave the house. It can happen to anyone.

POK, a heart attack is linked to having a weak heart not fooking pop concerts.

If it seems he had a weak heart, then to be honest I don't think it was absolutely necessary that he had to work on this tour, especially with the money that he earned from his career and saved up, he could have took it easy until recently.

It's a brilliant career move, sales of his music will soar, it worked for Elvis. The 'dying' part is a bit difficult to resolve like.

That's harsh, PoK. We don't really know what's to blame, though personally I wouldn't blame it on the sunshine. Or, come to think of it, the moonlight.
I'd go for the 'boogie' every time.

Why can we only believe that his death must be part of a bigger conspiracy ?

I can only assume that since Heath Ledger and Natasha Richardson, it seems fashionable now for a celebrity to need to have a big dramatic death...but I hope that isn't the case.

Well isn't that what you're suggesting there by being ironic - that maybe he could have orchestrated his own death in sometime as some sort of ploy to cement his own place in history etc?

no ............. I was highlighting the contrast between the reverse commercial malfunction incidence that such events produce, resulting in opportunistic random sequences that occur during these actions that open up unexpected access to previously restricted routes of fixed or declining fiscal return.

It is saddening, and whether you liked him or not, it's difficult to deny that he was a great entertainer. I saw him at Roundhay Park in Leeds in the early 90's and he put on an excellent show, and I'm certainly glad now that I saw him.

Saddest of all is that he leaves three children behind.

I think I know what you mean Mutters.

I picked MJ for a Dead Heads type competition, with a lad I worked with, getting on for 10 years ago now, thinking that at the time the first 'kiddy fiddling' stories had just come out, I thought he was a prime candidate for a suicide. Despite his 'innocence' in courts since then, I've never been able to accept adulation about him.

But now that he has gone, we can hopefully forget any 'dark' side, and just appreciate the music he has left behind.

Acquitted doesn't mean not guilty. You've got your terms completely wrong.

The rest of your comments are beyond comprehension.

OJ was also found guilty in a civil case, meaning he was practically guilty. You really do know fuck all.

Aye, we workled one of his gigs at Don Valley Stadium back in the nineties. We had to have all the beer tents facing away from the stage and anyway we sold about 6 pints, everything was Pepsi-Cola.

Halfway through, his headset came flying off and lo and behold, the vocals carried on.........

Anyway - ABC - D
