Will probably knew this but someone tried to attempt to grab a 14 year, who was on her way to school (English Martyrs) while she was walking through the family wood near Catcote road on Tuesday. And according to BBC local news a 2nd girl aged 17 was also set upon either yesterday or today (cant remember which) in roughly the same area.

Keep an eye on your girls regardless what school they attend, there may be a f****** weirdo out there.

Is that the bit at the top of Burn Valley, when you cut the corner between Catcote Rd and Elwick Road? If so then I'd agree. Out of sight from the road and with plenty of places to hide. I wouldn't want any kid I know walking through there too often, even in broad daylight.

Is that the bit people are talking about? Im afraid I have not seen the story but could they not be talking about the fields on the other side of catcote road. You can take a shortcut which brings you out near Ward Jackson park (near to the ambulance station). That was always shit scary when walking back from 6th form (especially at night). There was this one time in the middle of winter where we walked back through that way after college and it was so dark that we practically walked into a horse! (the front end) It was about 8 foot tall and we shat ourselves. I have never ran from anything so fast
