Leeds v Pools

Rotherham v Darlington,

Might be fun on the way to them

I think 35,000 Leeds fans will be foremost in our raggy lads minds that day, they hardly need to try to locate some of Darlo's travelling 'army' of 200 somewhere on the A1 to keep them occupied.

Plus given Leeds is 70 miles away what reason would anyone have to stop when 'toe to toe' will be readily available at Elland Road?

Newcastle away at Sheff Wed same day too. Quite a high potential for chew on the way down.

Why??

I don't get it sctatchinghead

1) When have us or Darlo ever had any trouble with Newcastle fans?

2) Are you suggesting that Pools and Darlo fans can't share a small stretch of the A1?

3) The last time we shared a ground their wasn't any 'chew' apart from a few Loids who didn't take kindly to be pissed on, on the field.

I don't see where or why any 'chew' would take place. I am being naive?

I can only imagine they mean on trains etc but to be honest Id have thought Poolies and the mags would probabaly have a laugh together. Plus there wont be enough Darlo fans to worry about?

aye, trains on boxing day, that would be a novelty.

dunno why everyone doesnt just boycott the game in protest at them charging 2 billion quid to get in despite making huge profits again last season.

didnt go to the league game there last season and if the pricing stays the same i wont be going this season either. they get enough money off the tv companies without getting any from me.

Least you only have to pay it once a season.
