Those Kenyans may have beaten yours truly to the finish line
but they didn't beat me to the free black pudding, pickled onions,
ham stottie, tripe and bottle of broon at the end!

A cracking run and beats the GNR by a country mile. It was also
good to see local lad Ian Hudspith beat off the African challenge
to win in 27:44 :grin:

I believe there are two Hudspith bothers, & they belong around Morpeth way -they've been on the running scene for a good few years. Perhaps unlikely that they are related to Skelty
