...on a historic win last night: Hartlepool has the first ever mayor in the UK to win a third term!!!

Right up there with Tony Blair and Margaret Thatcher!!!

Your first option as mayor would be compulsary viewing of the eurovision and you could wheel out a "Hartlepool candidate for the Euro song campain"
