Nero Help Needed

Using nero version 6.6.0.15.

Been burning dvds fine all week then all of a sudden been getting a message saying:

Please ask your system administrator to give you permission to write CDS/DVDS. So I did what it told me go on nero and download burning rights, did what I said and i'm still getting same message.
