Thankfully that is your opinion, I however, found them late on and appreciate the sentiment as much as the music. Been through a similar thing with most older bands (a term I use relative to my 33 years and my tastes):

Whitesnake:
Metallica,
G'n'R

They all start off great, fade a bit and comform then rediscover where they were at and reinvent.
