I've just watched the goals and although I wasn't at Anfield, the mugs defence (notice the spelling there kids!) is almost as bad as ours!

in addition to that i was reading yesterday that they havent even got a clause in the players contracts allowing them to reduce their salaries if they get relegated. apparently nobody dishing out the contracts thought it worth including as they didnt think it could happen. all of which means they could be in serious financial trouble next season.

I heard them on the radio driving down the A1 this afternoon and they were saying how if Newcatle were relegated, the 'Geordie Nation' would be devestated and the region a wasteland ....I have two questions .....
1, Who are the 'geordie Nation' FFS and....
2. It's a fooking footy club FFS, how can any sane person the results of a sports team being relegated be described in such ludicrous terms . :roll:
