Am I the only one who thought those two played better when they were together?

for me sweeney worked best in centre midfield with boyd and porter as they both pull out wide and move around pulling trhe defence about to leave gaps int he box for sweeney to run into. when less mobile players such as kyle or barker played they stayed more central meaning sweeney didnt have the room.

I remember Sweeney bossing the midfield (and scoring 14 goals into the bargain) the way teams have bossed us all this season without reply. He was almost Kaka-esque in the way he powered between the two boxes.
But you can only do that when the defence shows a bit of intelligence, and when your strikers are mobile enough to get the hell out of your fookin' way (and take the opposition with them).
I'm convinced he still has a lot to offer.
