I don't know if it's pure speculation from Mr mlin or not, but judge for yourselves

Dean Brill this season:

Budtz this season
13 games (including for Oldham)
3 clean sheets - 1 every 4.3 games
25 goals conceded - 1.92 per game (16 conceded for Pools in 10 games i.e., 1.6 per game)

Barrett this season
46 games
6 clean sheets - 1 every 7.6 games :evil:

70-ish goals conceded (can't be arsed to count) - 1.52 per game

Dimi this season
12 games
4 clean sheets - 1 every 3 games
13 goals conceded - 1.08 per game

Disclaimer: I have no idea whether Dimi and Brill were playing behind a shite defence or not, but I have reason to believe Budtz and Lee-Barrett were.
