Out of the 28 players listed on the squad list I've only been able to come up with 10 players I would even contemplate thinking of retaining (and even then it was a struggle with Liddle).

As many as that - I can only get to 6 that I think we should keep. Clark, Monkhouse, Brown, Sweeney, Humphreys (but NOT as a left back) and Nardiello. Possibly Lange as well to see if he can get fit.

I too would keep Humphreys. A proper pro. Not over weight or slow as you constantly try to make out. Not a left back though and not an automatic choice. But a far better player than someone that claims to know his footy thinks.

I reckon if you were to get our players to do the 100 metres he would be slowest of the lot. Yes he is a 'proper pro' but his lack of pace would cost us wherever we play him. We get overrun in midfield too much as it is surely without him being moved there?

Sorry - yes I would keep Rowell. As for Jones, he has been very inconsistent - admittedly in a poor team.

he aint a right winger tho, and his game, like several others suffered as a result of him playing out of position. given it was his first proper season, he is very young, and he was signed like power as one for the future, i think he has done remarkably well to feature in over 40 games this season.

Oh come on Grave, pace isn't everything. Mark Tinkler was one of the slowest centre-midfielders in the world, EVER, yet he was still unreal for us for a few years

yes but tinkler could actually tackle....humphreys can not shoot or tackle....keep him as a squad player as he does not let anyone down but its sad to see the dramatic decline

humphreys was unreal for us....until we came up to league 1 the first time....then he sort of looked poor.....maybe he was that good compared to a lot of the team when we came up and the quality of the squad got better i do not know

Yes he had a great season when we got promoted ..... on the left wing.
I can't remember him playing there since.
