This secure card thing

This SecureCard thing for online transactions.

I know what my secure number is. I've written it down, I've got it right...then suddenly it stops working. Ring up bank, get them to change it they say it's cause I didn't put "Mr", sort it. Do the same again, this time with "mr", then it works for a week where I've made many transactions.

Then today it stops working again. I am fucking fed up of it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Update: It wasn't the secure code's fault. It was National Express who somehow managed to keep saying "payment unsuccessful" despite charging me. I was charged 6 times, which I had to get sorted.

Sounds like their payment service provider was up the swanny. If it affected all branches they'll have lost loads through fraud! Word soon gets round.
