Went to see them last night at the Sage. Hall 2 which is a very small hall 'in the round'. About 200 people there all within about 30 yds of the stage. A fantastic 2hrs entertainment. Great live pop/jazz with a backing band of 5 brilliaint jazz musicians. For those that thought they dissapeared in the 80's they have been very big in the far east and have released about a dozen albums over the years (all of which I have (is that good or sad)).

Corrine Drewery looks as good as ever too !!!!!

I used to be good mates with Stevie Shears the original Ultravox guitarist and still see him occasionally now - a great bloke. John Foxx was the singer at the time (and far superior to Midge Ure imo) and we used to go and see them a lot. The band had been called Tiger Lily (saw them many times as well) before changing their name to Ultravox.
John Foxx has a new album out in collaboration with Robin Guthrie (ex Cocteau Twins) called Mirrorball.
