I said about 2 months ago that if Pools stay up I'll be packing in for the start of next season!!!! confised

Nice one Mr M and good luck to you but what will you do with all the money you save by not buying your smokes?, extra beer, extra holiday or new season ticket.

I honestly wish I could give them up and I will attempt it again soonish.

Well done and good luck I just smoke when drinking now, best way I have tried is stop doing the routines you did with smoking going outside with breaks at work, having one in your car etc also put the money in a jar that you would have smoked that day its a good idea to see you money building up.

Still love a smoke with a drink though and dont think that will ever change

Yeah but going from 20 a day to about 10 on only the weekend makes a massive difference
