This reminds me of the Rod Marsh story when he said to the ref: "Ref, what would you do if I call you a 'lovely lovely person'?"

"I'd send you off Rodney."

"What about if I only thought you were a 'lovely lovely person'?"

"I can't punish you for just thinking about stuff Rodney."

"Ok, then. In that case I think you're a 'lovely lovely person' ref."
