really couldn't have gone any worse for us. Defeat for us, victory for Yeovil and Leyton orient, points picked up for Carlisle, Northampton and Brighton.

Danny Wilson is gonna have the last laugh on Pools this season after all. I'll continue to back the team til the final whistle but I cannot see us picking up anymore than 4 points for the rest of this season never mind the 9 that should see us safe.

The biggest games we have left this season are Crewe, Hereford and Yeovil. The rest can be written off in my opinion.

Sad as it is to say but Chris Turner is not good for our club and as long as IOR are in charge he will haunt the manager and managers job. IOR are quite clearly not interested anymore, they blame the lack of people through the gate but thats a vicious circle because people will not come back without investment.

IOR's refusal to deal with players contracts until the end of season causes frustration and uncertainty amongst players which is obviously unsettling - imo a factor in players poor performances. If they have a hint of possibly not being kept on they why will they care? The only thing left would be professional pride but that doesn't exist much in football at any level these days.

My worry is that relegation this season won't be the end. I honestly believe we will struglle next season in league 2 as a knock on effect.

Yes the IOR years have been fantastic and more than any Pools fan could have imagined after the previous 90 years but if anybody else out there with any money fancied a go I would take the chance.

Oh and a special thanks to the Council for fook all support and effort to do anything with Victoria Park.

brilliant post mate. Can't add anything to that.
Turner has to be removed from the club full stop. He is like a malignant growth on the club's well-being.

Not in IOR's business there isn't

I really hope next season we go all out for another Neil Cooper kind of manager

You don't have to go backwards or get a big name in IOR, there are plenty of decent young managers out there

when the demand for oil is low, as it is at the minute, partly due to the recession, then Companies like IOR are needed less, therefore less business & less money for IOR....knock on affect all around the world. IOR said there was no money this season, why does that mean that they are not interested any more
