Southend are a good team.
We were down to 10 men early on.
We went down by the odd goal.
We didn't surrender.

Yes we got beat but never capitulated. I can deal with getting beat off better teams, I can't deal with lying down and dying.

Unlucky but well played.

that is simply not true MrB. We would only need points if we were in a relegation battle. Whats wrong with us just finishing the season in mid-table

Agree with original post. Sounds like the players found some bottle so well done but bottom line is we still got beat.

Oh last week.

But last week we just had a mad ten minutes in which our bottle went. This week we had the mad ten minutes at the start of the match, where our bottle went.

Then fought...............too late.

Now tell me.........when a team needs 9 points for safey...........whats the difference between a 3-2 defeat to Millwall, and a 3-2 defeat to Southend.

I put it to you that Millwall are streets ahead of southend.

We played well....again................we lost.............again.

Tell you wat though............heres another comparison. Barret was more than partly to blame last week, oh and he was this too.

I think we can all see this now apart from tubby. We just have to prey he is not in charge next season otherwise we could be stuck with ALB or another shiity keeper all season.

The keeper is the key player on any team, have a bad keeper and you wont win anything, their inability simply infects the defenders which has never been more apparent than this season

Why 3 games, it only a 1 game ban for a professional foul, which if anything is reason he was sent.

A 3 game ban is for violent conduct.

It may be a 2 game ban as he already been sent off this season, so the FA may invoke a second game ban.
