Just catching up and reading their board, makes depressing reading.

We discussed their plight on saturday, and though we laughed, we sort of agreed that them going bust wasnt what we really wanted. Yes we want them relegated to the conference, but not out of business.

Yet reading their board, suggests that their is no will left for them to continue. Its really is depressing reading.

If, and we all know it may happen, we get in that position, I truly believe we would have more fight in us than they seem to have. Maybe that stadium of theirs really is gonna be the death of them?

All they seem to have left is a pointless march, and buckets. They cant get people to go to games, and unlike most other sides that face doom, they dont seem to want to avoid it.

It would be just so funny if it wasnt so tragic. confised

How about one of the Big Four gives them a benefit match on May Bank Holiday weekend as way of signing off their centenary season... There again the place would probably be only fool of poolies..

I guess for some of the older Darlo fans this will be the 3rd time in administration in just over 20 years an unwelcome record that they share with Luton. I agree there is little or no fight left in many of the posters of Rivals and if that feeling is the same as the non internet users then God help them.

In only a few years they have had a crook, a loan shark and a nut job as the club chairman and that can't help build confidence, it only goes to show how lucky we are to have IOR.

It's a bit as though we'd had Gary Glitter following Gary Gibson after being left with an oversize flat-pack stadium in Graythorpe.
Some people are less resilient than others though. And depression spreads more quickly over the Internet these days. The loiqs could be left with a hard core of maybe 1500 die hards.

Just think of it as darwinism.

Someone now suggests selling the team to raise the funds needed for survival and has even produced a shopping list with the values as he see it.

looking at recent posts about cashing in on players and what they are worth, off the top of my head i would say they are worth roughly...

Brown £50K
Kazi £30K
Austin £50K
Valentine £25K
Ryan £25K
Foster £75K
Miller £25K
White £50K
Burgmiere £100K
Ravenhill £50K
Kennedy £50K
Purdie £50K
Abbott £100K
Blundell £25K

I say bung em on E Bay and see what they fetch bbolt

Fook 'em.

I mean really, fook 'em.

How sentimental are you lot and have you thought about how it would be if the situation was reversed?? They'd be like a rash on here taking the piss. I'm not taking the piss I'm just saying, in the same way you flush the cludgie, the League flushes the cack out. They've been a parody of a club for seven years, and they've been quick to emphasise how big they are 'going to be.' Dagenham are better than them.

They're fooked.

Good.
