Sounds like spyware and in particular a browser hijacker. Download Spybot and run it.

there are still issues with several sites on Virgin this morning.

for example you cant view the website of any football club

when something like this happens it can either be an issue with the server that runs the premiumtv sites or Virgin are having DNS server/licensing issues but won't believe you if you told them (mainly cos their staff prob wouldnty know what youre on about).

If people on other providers can access premiumtv sites then the issue is purely a virgin one.

Glad I spotted this post. I've been unable to access the Pools website since Wednesday. Tried other Premium TV sites aswell and they didnt work either. So I'm assuming theres something up with the DNS side of the Premium TV sites. That means for todays match if it isnt up I'm gonna have to bite the bullet and listen to Ivan Ash commentating on Pools :uhoh: :uhoh:

Can anyone give me some advice on this internet problem I have, it seems to be hitting my sound when watching any video clips or listening to the games live on Pools World.

Generic host process for win32 service has encountered a problem and needs to close.
