This "gap" thing everyone's been going on about for years - well everything has to end some time and it will end this summer!!!

And who would blame them?

They will still have to go out and get a new team in the summer, just like they always do. I can see them going like Hereford this year who when they got promoted were a team of one year contracts and loans and didnt replace them this year.

Just have to make sure we turn this around.

Its a hard life. The gobshite Poolies will pay the price if we go up, and especially if you go down, but unfortunately there will be one or two innocent victims.

But nobody thought about the Darlo innocents through this 7 or 8 year hell.

In reality though you've got a lot more to do than us to make this nightmare wrist slitting scenario a reality. You're just as likely to finish 8th, it's been a while since you finished 8th.

I just cannot see us finishing outside the play offs although I'm not as confident as last season of automatic promotion, even though we have just as good a chance.

It is also at this point more likely that Pools will stay up rather than go down, but we're monitoring the situation closely.

if we lose the next two and we are without Porter for a while, it is as much a certainty as you can get, that we will sink back down

I'm praying and hoping Darlo are promoted, look forward to a proper derby, however, at the moment i'd say there's more chance of them going up than us staying up!!

The whole Pools/Darlo thing is like two bald men fighting over a comb. Most of the so called 'name calling' posts such situations create, are the ramblings of the less gifted, the sort of people who have difficulty with words of more than one syllable and should be given the board treatment that seal pups get, .... for their banality.
