That was utter garbage.

Mackay must be the worst person ever to wear our shirt. (I say "person" because I refuse to use the word "footballer" for him.) Rightly hauled off and cant see him having much future here. Yet again a team has two shots on target against us and score two goals. Some great kicking from ALB also   Robson has gone backwards again and Humphreys may aswell not be there.

One bright spot-Lange looks a class above even though he is hardly fit and thought Mccunnie was steady and nice to see Sweeney back in the middle although we did miss Jones badly i thought. Seemed to just be bypassing the midfield all game. Porter held it up all game as usual and brought the rest into the game.

The opposition give us two goals and we are still not good enough to beat them banghead

I can only imagine his English language skills are on a par with the rest of the people he works with so he uses pictures instead of embarrasing himself.

Even a chimp would see that today's performance, if you can call it that was as has been said shite

unless of course they were wearing the rose tinted specs that most people on here seem to have on permanantly

McKay may not be the most gifted player, but I dont see a problem with his effort & attitude so for that reason I would say there have been a lot worse people to wear our shirt.

McKay is light years away from being our worst player.

Looking at Madjohn's site, he's scored 9 goals in 20 starts and 28 sub appearances. If we had someone with that kind of ratio in the 80s we might not have been so shite.

He's having a bad run of form at the moment, although I think it was the Northampton game in which he got a lot of positive reports? We took a chance on him and I don't think it will work out. I reckon he'll do a good job for Darlo next season.

i defended the lads during the week, but today was poor against poor opposition.

chip, their equaliser was solely down to robson, whose positioning made the thru ball to the winger possible. he was so flatfooted he made ripper look like tony currie, and the ball was crossed before humphreys got within ten yards.

He was out of postion for the first, their lad could have had a little dance to himself before he finished it.

watch it on the box m8. as usual humps is defending way too narrow, i think he thinks he is playing centre half. he isnt marking anyone at the time, he isnt even looking at the bloke getting in behind him. he did exactly the same at brighton last week

the ball is played into an area the left back is meant to be covering. to blame that on robson is patently ridiculous, HE IS A MIDFIELD PLAYER, ITS NOT HIS JOB TO BAIL HUMPS OUT.

that said my dead grandmother could have stuck the keepers jersey on and come and caught that cross. dimi would have come and caught it with one hand while in his sleep. then again perhaps robson is meant to spend the game on the goal line to bail alb out as well.

Concur 100%.

Thanks for that Chip and I agree 100%, it's strange that both DW and CT think that a) we don't need a new keeper b) ALB is the better one of a bad brace.

Spot on. 3 out of 3 poor defensive performances from Humphreys now and it's an area we need to give massive attention to.

God has sent Rune Lange.

I know it's too much to ask but please let us have Dimi back.

its obvious CT thinks we dont need a keeper, so i wouldnt bother expecting one, if he wanted one he would have signed on during the transfer window

TWO POINTS HERE......... there's the player related one that says ALB is someone who looks like they won a competition in Darlington to be Pools keeper for the year and that Matty Robsons magic start has worn off and he has reverted to the previous Matty Robson, genius mixed with footballing Alzheimers...'where am I, what am I doing here'... then .... there's the second point, where any defeat is greeted by certain posters on here as a reason to indulge in a whining wankfest of orgasmic proprtions, 'aroused' at the final whistle, they positively tear it home, their mind fantasising over what vitriolic thoughts they can thump into the keyboard. Their post match hours spent indulging their personal fantasy of giving us their in depth insight and sounding to all the world like Private Fraser with swear words, their 'points' worthless because their posts are always negative, always abusive and always repetetive in their bile and encyclopaedic ignorance ....

Well said mate. And sums up all I am prepared to say on the matter.

It is all so boring, also why would any player ever want to sign for a club with such a bunch of negative tw*ts wanting to jump on their backs at every oppurtunity?

Serious question - Are you capable of reading or not? or do you just read what you want to to read ? then reply with that you think are a few clever words, the odd use of quotation marks and analogies that amuse a few posters on here. If you read through my posts then you will see that I have been positive and given credit where credits due in my opinion - now if the performances have been such recently that credit hasnt been due very often then its hardly my fault is it.

Oh and I dont abuse people or swear - and perhaps you with your encycopaedic knowledege you can explain as to why a negative post is worthless post - the board is about opinions both good and bad banghead
