That seems to be the norm for dog owners up here, whats the big problem taking a carrier bag with you when walking the dog, I take one every time I go out even tho I know my dog refuses to even pee in the street. When I get home from walking the dog I have to let her in the garden so she can do her toileting needs.

Theres an old bloke walks past my house every morning carrying a bag of dog muck in a plastic bag..........at exactly quarter past eight each day, you could set your watch by it. In fact, i use 'dogshit man' (as he is known in the Bandage household) as my cue to get off the couch and get to work!
