101 days before your 3 contract is due to end
mind laugh at their first couple of phone offers and then they start to offer the better phones
when you are chatting to rashid about your upgrade be at your computer with gsmarena webpage open and check out the phone before agreeing to anything

Look around at other companies and see what deals are available, go back to 3 and say you're thinking about leaving unless they can beat the deal. Say you had some bad experiences with them, reception is poor and customer services is sh*t, ie give them good reason to have to beat the deal you've found. Don't accept the first offer, say you want better than that or you're leaving.

If you renew earlier it does effectively make it a 21 month contract though so just be wary of that.

I haven't got a clue which is the better phone, Chip will know.
