Onto the Loids, I see regularly they comment about 'our shitty little ground' ect but I love the Vic. Days like yesterday only reinforce my love for the place, I'd be devastated if we ever moved to new ground. New football grounds at lower levels are in the main absolutely awful even the likes of Doncaster (which is the perfect size) is like them all a soulless concrete bowl. We have a neat compact ground that is just about the right size for us all we need is a new away end. I'd HATE to have watch my team in empty 25,000 seater folly every week, so we'll keep our 'shitty little ground' thanks because I love the Vic

The Vic has something the concrete toilet bowl on the A66 will never have, character and the occassional full house for a footy match. Mind you they do get the occasioanl full house for for the likes of the Elton John do, assorted women of a certain age, male hairdressers and hen pecked men who've lost their dignity filled the place .... just like a home match, but in smaller numbers.
