Had a few friends at the game today from West Ham and they said after the game that they were surprised at how pools play football and they also said the fans were a credit to the club very friendly.

Every player worked their nuts off today accepted and proud? always, but am I the only one a disappointed that we didn't have a go in the second half?

'Tin hat' time maybe but I just thought that our delivery from out wide was poor. :uhoh:

Look, i'm really proud that the club has clearly made alot of friends and taken good advantage of the publicity this week but I would have preferred that we got beat 4 or 5 nil, but at least come of the pitch knowing that we had a go.

I guess you need the breaks when you are playing a decent side and the Liddle header would have been the turning point.
