Looks bloody cold out there like.

If it was a normal 3pm inspection I wouldn't be worried, but with it being an early kick off I'm a bit concerned.

Remember the last time we had a hard frost for a FA cup game and Palace didnt fancy it, could be a good omen and i'd take a nicky southall type dive again if it ment we won.

Hope we get the same result. But hope I don't have the same result, I wrote my car off on the way home after the Palace match.

Well I've just been out with the dog for 45 minutes in the fields. The bits in the sun are defrosting nicely, the bits in the shade are rock hard, presumably the stands at the Vic will keep some of the pitch in shade, hopefully the covers have prevented the worst of it.

I'm not worried anymore though, two hours to kick off, it'll be fine.
