I have just took Joel to score & Pools to win 1 - 0 @ 60/1, then I remembered that ALB will be up against Carlton Cole and that 60/1 don't look so good.

I would never back Pools to lose mind, it's just not the done thing.

West Ham are 4/5 with one firm I got told which is a massive price if true.

Will do a few quid on 0-4 and 0-5 and hope i lose.

The only reason I bet on sport is to maintain an interest in it, I don't see the point on betting on a Pools game even if it's a positive bet I have already have enough of interest as it's my team playing.

Cushions the blow a bit if the worst happens.

Also surely the team you know most about is the best one to bet on?

Are you telling me you can predict what Pools are going to do?

I'm sure you thought we were going to beat Stoke after the Crewe debacle? I bet you thought we'd be 3-2 up five minutes after being 2-0 down at half time against Oldham or we'd come back from 2-0 to win at Walsall. We are the most unpredicable outfit in Western Europe, another reason to avoid us!!

Nope I backed Stoke, obviously theres exceptions but would you rather bet on Aldershot beating Salisbury when you know little about Aldershot or bet on a team you watch and read about each week?
