A sellout? Its got to be. Our biggest f.a.cup game in years, in fact the biggest while i've been supporting pools and thats 34 years and counting.

what's the betting at least 30% walk off and don't come back because of the database thing. I don't think Pools are anywhere near as bad as they were donkeys years ago off the field as some people say, but this database thing gets on my tits. It should be abolished - I really fail to see why they need to do this. If you walked up on a Satuday and paid at the gate they wouldn't know who you were??

Sorry I did mean home ties. Plus this is a 4th round tie against a team with a similar fan support but a far greater f.a. cup tradition than sunderland.
Easily our biggest game for many years!
If it isn't a sellout IOR must despair.

It's fkin disgrace that like Mr Dough. One minute they tell you to keep your stubs and then they change their mind. Very poor.

What pishs me off is the lack of organision if they let season ticket holders buy up to 3 tickets each would solve the queue problems as the extra tickets would be passed on to regular attenders anyway.

agree with that mouldy. i've had to buy tickets for some godforsaken place called 'the millhouse seats' or something like that sctatchinghead , just so me and my missus can sit together. i've got a season ticket in the cyril, could only buy one for her with that and got mine with two stubs from stoke and northampton, which she also attended. if icould have bought two or three with the season ticket - problem solved and probably a sell-out.

need a hand finding my way to my seats like !! are they civilised over there ? are there toilets ? is it in the away end ?

Still over 2 days to get a ticket. If the biggest home cup game for many years cant sell out then this town does not deserve a football team. Full of plastic supporters wearing permiershit shirts from 10 years ago full of blow burns and smart price ketchup banghead banghead

I bet loads of people are totally oblivious that tickets even went on general sale today, the North East news reported last night that they go on sale on Thursday............

I agree if the crowd is down the club only have themselves to blame.

Thats unfair.

We only have 3500ish fans. Regular fans.

The rest cant get a ticket unless they have stubs. Or they wait until Thursday and Friday. Two days.

They probably thought they had no chance so have not even bothered thinking about trying.

You lot are moaning about people, that dont normally go, not getting tickets. Yet the club have made it ever more difficult for them to get them. You slag them off when they do go to games and slag them off when they dont.

MJ is right and you are wrong, FACT!!!

The town is full to the brim of bounders

The club has made public the ticketing arrangements via the internet and press

****REPEAT****

The town is full of plastic premiership bounders

How long before we see these bounders walking around Hartlepool in Man Shitty tops

****REPEAT****
The town is full of plastic premiership bounders

And don't bring the 'credit fooking crunch' into this.......

I think if the ticketing arrangement's were more simplified and better thought out it could be a sell out already. Other than on the official website where else have the ticket details been displayed? Are fair weather fans going to regularly check the website? Nothing in the press (the details were that complicated it would have taken up a full page)not even a poster produced and displayed around Town with ticketing details.

We do not help ourselves, and I agree we have a town full of tossers but if it was easier to buy a ticket plus information was more clear and readily available we might just convert a few more of these tossers. Why not ask the Mail to inform people plenty of tickets are still available? Bridges need to built this is a great opportunity to work together, and sack off the ridiculous database sell them as quickly as possible.

Oh do calm down dear.

It was impossible for the club to sell more than about 4000 tickets by wednesday night, if it had carried out the ticketing arrangements as announced.

So you lot want 2500 non poolies to run down the ground thursday and friday, and but tickets.

Yes.....of course they will. rolfl rolfl

Why the fook can't they, they have three days to get a ticket

Or perhaps the club should get a telephone directory out and ring around and see who wants one

It's been in the Mail, it's been on the website for long enough, word of mouth as well, but people still moan

It's three days, isn't it?

Not the best day for that comment

The ticket arrangements for this game have been farcical, I said it the day the details were released. It didn't take rocket science to work out how many tickets would be left by Thursday.

As far as I was aware, the tickets were due to go on general sale Thursday. Wwhen did that change?

How many of these non poolies do you think look at the official website? Foook me, I am a regular and I never look at it.

Anyway, I've got one, and thats all that matters.

But i'm not moaning about the ticketing situation, you are

It's not as if the town is full of deaf, dumb and blind people is it, the cup draw was two weeks ago, if people can't get into gear to get a ticket in that time frame, then they are indeed bounders of the highest order

They haven't though that is the point, it was only yesterday that general sale was moved forward a day before that they could only get a ticket if they'd attended a game that took place 6 days before we played Stoke, a game that was attended by 3,877 people.

Three days is enough time

If you really want a ticket, you'll get one

Spot on - as I said last week it wont sell out - guess it would have been different had it been one of the locals or the likes of Liverpool,Manure or Chelsea

Then again a top premiership side at home, given its on tv, and that there is so many more opportunites to watch the premiership on TV than there was years ago when we had big crowds for the likes of Aston Villa, Leeds and Palace - isnt as much of an attraction as it was
