more money,in being a mediocre(spelling)team in league one or a table topping team in league two,would it be better served in ior point of view if we got relegated,and made more money trying to get promoted,or would it backfire like the loids

last time it worked out for us - this time I don't think people will be happy at all. What is the point in getting promoted to only last three seasons, then two, then probably one? Folks would see through that. Fans want the club to at least be a stable League One side for a few years, yes there will be the odd flirtation with play offs and relegation alike when that happens, but we simply have to establish ourselves up here.

I think I read that this season the new TV deal meant that L1 teams got 400k per season whilst L2 teams got 200k per season thats before any prize money gets awarded. I did a web search and found a message from someone who emailed the question to the FL and got this as his email in return.

Prize Money
Ch Winners £50,000
Ch Runners Up £25,000

L1 Winners £25,000
L1 Runners Up £10,000

L2 Winners £25,000
L2 Runners Up £10,000
L2 Third Place £5,000

If these figures are correct it shows no difference and also the prize money is very poor.
