Lets hope they get a nice big fine and also - hopefully - points deducted!
What a bunch of tossers that leeds organisation have in charge.

He technically is in charge of Blackpool & Leeds .... trouble ahead fingers crossed!!!

This is a simple story of money and ego's (Bates and Oyston). And we love bad publicity of course so we seek it out in whatever way we can. But you have to admire the speed at which Bates moves when he has to I think. -15 points you reckon. We could do with it to kick start our season

Great shout as manager though!

They don't seem to learn though, do they? Presumably, as ever, Bates may be looking for a nice return for his "efforts" but that is looking like it might still be some way off.

But if Grayson does the job it might prove to have been worth the grief - let's face it, the club's reputation is hardly going to go down as a result of this. People have come to expect these type of shenanigans from Leeds....in fact I almost demand it these days!

We have already sold (allegedly) 34K tickets for our home game with Foxes on Boxing Day. Grayson's arrival will add a few more to the gate (and cover any extra compo) - Bates would have seen it as vital that he had our new manager in post for a game which could eventually be seen to define our season (or at least give us some hope). Bates/LUFC = marriage made in heaven (sad to say).

This shit should not be allowed by Leeds or anyone else. Bates has obviously said bollocks to the rules so give them a seriously punative fine. A points deduction is not relevant to an upper mid table third division club, they will finish about 8th to 10th anyway so whats the point in knocking them down to 14th? Give them a big fine or even better; don't recognise grayson as the manager.

leeds will need all of graysons magic if they are to turn the foxes over.

put simply, leicester are the best team we have played since qpr 4 seasons ago.

Better even that Real Madrid who we beat in the final of the European Cup? I know its a daft thing to say but other third division teams claim it with about as much justification.

Selective memory is a great thing for football fans - everyone forgets our finest Europen triumph (which I can just about understand  ) but to forget that Oyston has previous with his managers and is far from a paragon of virtue is difficult to understand. We, like almost every other club in the country, have had our mangers/back room staff walk out on us over the years - Boothroyd/Poyet/Wise/McDonald being recent examples.

Christmas is a time for good will not hypocrisy. Team you support wants you to be their manager, your current boss doesn't even let you know, then refuses to let you speak to them. Faults all round here. A fine is pointless and I think unlikely - it's an argument about compo. which should be settled out of court and out of the papers.

Best wishes for Christmas and the New Year to you all.

Where is that other Leeds fan called Woody who likes to tell us off?

It sets a bad precident if this is allowed becuase players will do it next.

Imagine if Leeds approached us for James Brown.
We refused to let them speak to him.
But they did anyway.
James Brown handed in his resignation but we refused.
So he signed for Leeds anyway.

They'd be an absolute uproar (well in Hartlepool anyway).

It's like a managerial sega of what Jack Ross did to us but worse.

And I know it's Christmas but I'll never forgive Jack Ross.

I hope his Christmas pudding tastes of wee.

Players can't do that because they can only be registered by one club at a time and the owning club has to release the registration prior to a player being eliglble to play for the new club . It's a shame that Managers aren't under the same framework.

Leeds are and is a bounder

Cheating is second nature to them, always has been since Revie turned up there way back in caveman times and very little has changed

Unfortunately for them; they are not nor ever have been champions of Europe. They're a typical ex big club who see their current situation as below them. They are a third division team with third division players and a fourth division chairman. This may come as a bit of a suprise to them but they haven't won anything for nearly 20 years.

aye but a lot of us on here have got our life savings on leicester to win the league at 4/1, so while i too wish you all the best for the festive period mr whitelight, i hope your team gets fooking hammered on boxing day.

Foxes did not look like a table topping side against a very ordinary LUFC. Was only going to be one winner at the end. Hope your wife knows about the savings

they are in a different league to leeds mate.

or at least they will be next season. rolfl rolfl rolfl rolfl rolfl

If they continue to play safety first football as they did yesterday - they are the worst of the 'top' teams I have seen this year (MK Dons being the best) - with a bit of luck and a following wind we we may yet see them in the play offs. Stranger things have happened.

it's always difficult to tell how good a side really is if it doesn't get tested, especially if the ref doesn't allow it by constantly giving them free kicks for nowt, and waving play on when they're kicking your team's players all over the park.
Oh and sending off your centre half for f-uck all after half an hour.
"Oohh Mr Di Matteo did I do good by doing all I could to let your team win? Oohh Mr Di Matteo I've always been one of your fans."
Ingratiating sycophantic wan-ker referee c-unts.
