so long as it's someone who knows their football and has a determined streak, and won't allow players to have "can't be arsed" days when we're 300 miles away at Yeovil - where they think it doesn't matter because there's hardly any Pools fans there to watch.........

No of course not.......whoever comes in will have to work with the same players, and have the same budget as the outgoing manager......which is not that appealing for any prospective applicant. I fully expect CT to be offered the position on a permanent basis

They usually find themselves taking over a team with no money AND stuck in the bottom four.

No chance. Would be a great manager, did an excellent job at both at PNE and Derby but will not be interested in a league 1 club on a tight budget with a small fan base.
