The thing is Danny Wilson hasn't done a bad job at Pools. 2nd, 15th in league one and leaving us 13th in league one is hardly the stuff of disaster. He had no real connection with the fans but is a well respected lower league manager. I have absolutely no problem with wishing the bloke good luck for the future and wouldn't even consider giving him a bad reception if he comes back to the club managing someone else.

I have to agree with the positive comments issued to Danny Wilson

OK he made mistakes in the signing she made of late, but come on

If you look at his stats he had the best record points to games played. yes his tactics were boring to look at but something must have been right. People also forget that fantastic season we had and victory over the Loids. I dont think he deserves half as much stick he is getting.

Thanks for the priceless memories as a poolie Danny. i for 1 wont be giving him a bad reception should he return to the vic.

he doesn't deserve half the stick he is getting, but fook it, he isn't Pools manager any more and theres no room, or time, for sentiment. Lets get fridays match over and done with and see how Turner performs...
