I'm visiting home just now for a pre-christmas family trip. I'm staying at the Staincliffe and just saw David Hodgson in the bar ordering fish, chips, mushy peas and half a shandy...........

me nanna worked as a maid in the Staincliffe when they filmed that Play For Today in Hartlepool starring David Yip, who played a Chinese bloke looking for a woman called Iris, or as he said, "Eye-liss." Anyhow me nan was filmed in this scene where she walked into a room and put some towels away. That was it - no speaking part!!!
Does anyone have this on dvd or video? I'd appreciate a copy, like!! I'll pay, honest.

I did have it on video but it broke.

The tape snapped when I kept pausing it on the clip of the silent maid...

We were going to get Rafa Benitez but just as he was about to sign his contract he went into hospital with kidney stones and has since had a change of heart.
