Something I've always wanted to do, but I couldn't be arsed with going to other concerts, to be able to make it to the Last Night of The Proms.

I was tempted last year, when the local concert was announced. But I couldn't bring myself to go to Middlesburgh, to join in.

Either would certainly better than the dirge that is God Save The Queen.

I love pomp and ceremony, me. And I love the last night of the Proms as well. I'd be up for it.

I think you have to get tickets for two other proms before you can get tickets for the Last Night.

God Save the Queen can be sung beautifully a la Joss Stone at the NFL Wembley match:

I've always fancied going to the last night of the proms like, but when I do I'm gonna hire one of the boxes so that I don't have to stand up with all the poor people.
