Take your link and change it from uk to www like this

Then take you edited like

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1uwOL4rB-go, highlight it and click the youtube button above so that it shows as [youtube] link [/youtube]

Click the youtube button instead of the URL, and make sure the start of the address is www instead of uk
