Two lads on trial, a left back Thomas Ulvestad and an attacking midfielder Mads-Cato Moldskred. Thomas Ulvestad will be visiting the local barbers fairly shortly.

Here's some more info from a news site. I assume your Norwegian is as good as mine

I'm no Uncle Ken but I'll have a crack

Ulvestad has been for one of the best and mostly stable players for a number of years.

An agreement has come to stand as Lars Moldestad works closely with Hartlepool United's owners, Salvage Gerdt Larsen???.

(Next bit is something about Ideology, aiding the players and not letting it get to their heads???)

If Hartlepool demonstrate an interest, the transfer window opens in January. It demonstrates the fact the youth team has ability in Fana.

Norwegians Jan Ove Pedersen, Martin Hollund, Thomas Light and Tim Block have previously played.

That's the best I can do with a bit of help from here and there and an online Norwegian dictionary.

the number of menus I've read in kebab shops Indians and Chinese it should be a piece of piss to translate that. Err let's see.....
If this Ulvstaed gadgy is the best Pools can come up with then division two there is as bad as division three here. Then England should pick Moldskred. The bloke in Comet was stood listening while Lars Moldestad was so gob smacked he spilled his can of fanta. Some jobsworth at Hartlepool United said 'ere, that bloke Larsen thinks I'm a tit.
His whore, erm I mean wife is a bit of a dumb slag, and she's been having it off with sports team leader Ingvar Dalhaug.
Ideally Hartlepool will now win the Champions League by January 1st, if not the underdogs of Fana have a chance.
The players have been told being in Hartlepool will be like living on the Med, and will be re-signing Pedersen, Hollund, Tennebo and Sperrevik for old time's sake.

there you go boys

"Ulvestad has for years been one of the best and most consistent performers in his league, and now he might have the opportunity to turn professional. In England with him will be team-mate Mads-Cato Moldskred. The deal has been arranged through former Fana player Lars Moldestad, who works closely with Hartlepool United's owner, Berge Gerdt Larsen.

- It may sound silly when I say this, but my aim is for Thomas to get abroad and play, says Fana's Director of Sport, Ingvar Dalhaug, to BT (the newspaper).

He thinks it will benefit the club long term:

- Our ideology is that we want to help our players develope. If he succeeds, then that's good reward, Dalhaug underlines.

If Hartlepool show interest in the pair when the transfer window re-opens in January, then that proves that there's a possibility to succeed for youngsters at Fana and in Bergen as well, Dalhaug says.

The two Fana players are currently training with Hartlepool, where Norwegians Jan Ove Pedersen, Martin Hollund, Thomas Tennebø and Tim Sperrevik have all formerly played, until Friday next week.

Steady on there Parmo. It's bad enough winding up Ken Hodcroft, but mess with Berge Gerdt Larsen and you mess with the real money behind the Pools. But I wonder if any kippers changed hands for the services of these lads?

you never know Mr Linighan Sisters, the people you are on about might actually have a sense of humour. They might even have laughed at such attempts at humour. Just because they are rich doesn't mean they can't laugh.
