Ferenc Puskas passed away aged 79.

Hungarian Legend as we found out on our recent trip to Budapest.

Check out his goal scoring record!

He is hero worshiped over there as we saw at his stadium did we not.

i remember Ron Bojangles Atkinson relaying the story of the first time that great team came to Wembly
he some how got in the England side must have been easy in those days

any way he was talking to another player when the teams where warming up and he said to his team mate "just look at that little fat feller over there"

of course it was yer men Puskas and Hideguti who went on to give the England team a lesson in football

Big Fat Ron never played for England, and he was only 17 when Hungary beat them

when ever or who ever he played for against Hungary then or it may have been a club side the Hungarians were playing for but that is the way he told it
but he was a better story teller than a player
