Are they taking the piss? Looks fucking awful and for the size of it I wouldnt having friggin bothered. Looks like it should have urinals up against it.

If I paid a builder to build a brick wall and he built something that looked like that then I would be asking for a refund.

It was a good idea to have a centenary wall dont get me wrong but it looks shit
