This has really made my blood boil all this carry on today. rage

Poor sods and their human rights, shoot me down all you like but you will NEVER convince me that this is right. refred

I wonder why they were in jail in the first place and I wonder if there was any victims of any doings from any of them left picking up the pieces without any compo or help and sod all. stupid

Those craving for a drink will be on the bandwagon next saying they are being forced to dry out in pain.

The figure being bandied about in the out of court settlement is about £800k and maybe only the start of it. refred stupid

I know this is a controversial subject but I ask you what the f**k will be next.
I might go down this compo road and see if I have a case as I ranted so much when I saw this on the news it gave me a bloody headache and I might get cold turkey coming off the aspirins. rage rage rage rage

They will be saying next that we have infringed their human rights by locking them up, against their will. rage

You would think they would be greatful for being forced of the drugs, but oh fucking no

Why dont they recoup the cash by charging them for the cold turkey?

Reading into what's going on, it appears it's a case of supplying methadone to those coming off drugs who were already coming off it and not drugs as such....WHAT MAKES MY BLOOD BOIL IS THIS OBSESSION WITH COMPENSATION.... and all the smarmy. pious.whining pressure groups who really do inhabit a different planet.

I can see what they're getting at - cold turkey is harsh, and a lack of rehab can destroy the person - but I don't understand why they're dealing with heroin substitutes as if it's insulin for a diabetic. It's their own fault, and have to accept responsibility
