Crap draw and the TV have chosen the worst possible games.

Was 'talking' to a afc fan on another forum who said he was glad they missed mk as its the first time they have made the first round and didnt want that to be outshone by them playing fc franchise. Fair point i think.

Leeds on TV is getting a bit silly now.

Leeds vs. Northampton is about as interesting a tie as Brighton vs. Hartlepool.

In an ideal world teams would be shown evenly and as a result the tv money distributed would be more evenly. Teams like Bournemouth would be better off being given the oppertunity to be on TV than Leeds.

When they showed Posh vs. Bristol Rovers, a League 1 game not involving Leeds, it showed how entertaining it could be.

Also agree that it's unfair on the other minnows to show Havant & Waterlooville again. They showed how much the FA Cup helped their club before the draw, now it's time to help another club that is in desperate need of cash.

Last year Ken Bates accussed TV stations of picking on Leeds by refusing to show them. I think he must have been having a laugh.

I hope Ken Bates dies very soon.

Havant & Waterlooville v Brentford

So Havant made some nice cash from last year's FA Cup run. Let's ignore all other non-league sides that have battled their way through to the first round and just show them again.

Did you notice they were one of the feature teams on ITV before the Cup draw, well there's a coincidence.

It's gradually come to my notice you don't believe in half measures!

There isnt an attractive game tv game in the whole of the first round, sometimes cup draws pan out like that.

Wimbledon is okay but an all southern affair.

Blyth v Shrewsbury or Durham or Histon v Swindon would of been my choice.

But the tv obsessed with leeds and have a southern bias.

They have purely chosen Leeds as the TV companies know they will get the biggest audience, not only in this country but worldwide.

It's all about money you know. You should know this by now!

Even if I owned all the TV channels I wouldn't broadcast Brighton v Pools.
Completely devoid of interest to anyone who doesn't support either of the teams.
