How much training has this pilot had to do this..... i got it in an email yesterday, it was talking about trust....

It's hard but not as hard as you may think, look at the Navy pilots landing a big helicopter on a small ships flightdeck in a force 8 or 9, the flightdeck flies up to meet the chopper as it's coming down. Then add wind factor and even night time flying & rain, at least the chalet isn't moving, the aircrewman would be talking the pilot down from the back platform as it's coming down.
