Location: Just down the road from the Telstar
If you're coming from Hartlepool.

Turn left off the Wolviston R'Bout, follow the road through Billingham, Passing the Swan, and going through 3 sets of lights, over the railway lines, and turn left after the Tesco/Esso Garage.

Go over the mini r'bout, up the road (Central Ave), and turn left at the Church on the r'bout.

Go over railway lines again, and turn left at the bottom of the bank, forget the name of the street, but turn almost immediately into Surrey/Bedford Terrace, follow the one way system straight into Billy Town's Car Park.
