The numerous ones he got beaten at the near post. The numerous ones headed in from 6 yards with him no where to be seen. 2 against Swindon......

Are we picking dream teams? We would do with Torres, Vidic, Evra and Robinho too then!

sad to report, but ALB got beat at his near post tonight.

I'd have to see it again, but it seemed to go under under his body
and ended up in the roof of the net, as if he'd pushed it down
onto the deck.

He did pull off one good save (with his legs) in a one on one with Akinfenwa,
but to be fair to the lad the back four are all over the place.

ALB is a barely adequate goalkeeper, Budtz is a clown, that's who we signed to replace the best keeper we've had. I can't believe it's a position that wasn't addressed during the summer. But lets be honest nothing was addressed during the summer, it's like 2007/2008 all over again banghead

Yes...Hence me saying he is only to blame for one of our goals this season.

Given the 'defence' in front of him this season im astonished he ain't conceded loads more.

Poor defence or not, it doesnt stop him saving simple saves.

The 3rd goal went in middle of net but he was nowhere. At fault again tonight being beaten at near post. Shock horror. I say again, Budtz is better.

I've just watched the highlights again, and you cannot say that third goal 'went in the middle of the net', it was no more than a foot away from the post, and was entirely down to the defence letting Cox, who had already shown what he was capaple of, run towards the penalty area, and give him room to shoot.

Trust me it hits the middle of the net. And no matter what the defence did wrong, it doesnt affect him saving shots he should. As usual someoen went to shoot so he does his little "fall backwards and stick arms out" trick.

Billingham, your wasting your time. Once a pools fan has it in for some player thats it!!

I bet Tree thought Dimi was shite when he first signed for pools!

When he signed no one had heard of him and he performances in the reserves were hardly sparkling as anyone who goes will tell you. He was here quite a while before we all realised how good he was.

But do try again to make a valid point.

My ignorance is better than yours, not only don't I know who Evra is, I haven't a clue who Vidic is.

ALB may or may not be good enough but saying he is to blame for at least one goal EVERY game as you say is fucking rubbish, Fact is he the best we have got!

Support the lad who play goalkeeper for YOUR team?

Yes me and Martin Scott must be related based on the fact ALB has cost us one goal this season.

No, its based on the fact there's SEVEN players INFRONT of him playing worse...

Keepers look bad for conceding, but defences can hide away.

No, keepers can look good in a bad defence as they are kept busy. Did Stockport defend well against Pools earlier in the season? No the keeper had a blinder and we could have scored 4 or 5, when was the last time we could say that about one of our keepers?

The one simple shot he let in against Swindon is he only real mistake this season.

If the 'defence' cant stop these 'simple' shots there's also something wrong, ALB is the easy target here.

Two of the goals at Leeds were clear mistakes, the third especially when he was beaten from a ridiculous angle at his near post and the ball sailed just above his head. Surely that is savable?

When the questions become too hard to answerm resort to abuse...Nice one.

As for the leeds goal...the last one was a complete and utter fluke and im presume you mean there second goal? where the ball looped OVER ALB's head hit the bar and rebounded back to there strikers feet 3 yards from goal for a tap in?

Yeah i see what you mean he is to blame for that
