A little treat for my mate Parmo

get a tortilla
spread some spicy tomato type relish on it
cover with grated cheese and some chopped spring onions
add about 3-4 slices of ham and a bit more cheese
cover with another tortilla
press down
cook in a dry frying pan for about a minute or so each side
slice up and eat
quick and very very tasty
also good on a BBQ

A tortilla is supposed to be something of a cross between an omelette and a pancake. Anything else purporting to be a tortilla (e.g., tortilla chips) is just ignorance on the part of the namers.
